Backwards and Forwards

Last week I went and enjoyed my family reunion with Sibs and Nieces and Nephews. I thought backwards to our childhood and the fun we had as kids. I thought of Mom and Dad, my Grandparents, and my Aunts, Uncles and Cousins. There are so many good people in my family. This week I've been tending a granddaughter while her Mom is at Girls' Camp. I've thought about her and all that she has ahead of her. I've thought about her as a teenager and college coed, as a Mother and as a Grandmother someday. We have so many wonderful people in our lives now, and so many more who will come and join us. I'm excited to meet each one!
