Shade

When I am mowing the lawn, I am thankful for the trees who lend me their shade. When I am on a picnic, I look for a shady spot to relax in. When I am visiting with a neighbor, we stand in the shade. When I park the car, I look for a little piece of shade. At the end of a day of work at the school, I'm glad my truck is now sitting in the shade. When a baby is sleeping in the stroller, I can be his shade. Today I am thankful for Shade.
