O-v-e-r-w-h-e-l-m-e-d!!

Up until yesterday, I thought I had written 2.5 picture books for children. And then I went back to college and learned of the components of a real picture book. The good news is, I understood most of the terminology and 'big words' the presenters were using. I was happy about that! The bad news is: I really haven't written a thing! But, they were so nice about it, and filled me with good ideas, that I'm really not all that upset about it. Yay! Next I need to take my storyline, decide on one Main Character, create 3 conflicts: 2 unsolved and one solved, have a setting, blah blah blah blah blah. No rhyming at this point, but rather, a story instead. I'm excited to try my new tricks! :)
