We Maid It!

Yesterday was the wedding of our youngest child. The entire day was beautiful and happy. All our children and their spouses worked together to make things special for the Bride and Groom. The Grandkids warmed hearts and roamed around the place looking so cute. I LOVE being in the middle of a family who all get along.

We never could have had such a nice day without the help of Carma P. She decorated the cultural hall, made all the food, made the wedding cake, did the flowers, and took it all down again. She was great! We also appreciate the support of Uncle Martin, Uncle Greg and Aunt Colleen, and Uncle Duane and Aunt Udawna. We loved having you and your families with us. We made it!

It felt so good to be outside in the warm sunshine for a good deal of time yesterday. But, today my allergies have NOT been fun. Hopefully, I will be feeling better soon.

This next week will be another full one. We shared leftover food with the neighbors today, and are working on getting things ready to go to the Ring Ceremony next weekend. We are excited to finally get to meet Kelly's parents and her brother. Hopefully the planes will be working, and we can get to where we need to be. I hope you have a good week, too. :)
