Today as I was making tuna sandwiches for the two of us, and slathering the tuna mixture on as thickly as I wanted, my mind raced backwards a few years. I remembered when the kids were younger and funds were often tight, and one can of tuna would make 6 thinly-spread sandwiches. Those were the days, my Friends. :)

I've thought that same thought before--interesting! I've wondered how Mom could get six sandwiches--but then of course, we didn't care what was on the bread, because the bread was sooooo good!
Darla... this post made me smile! My girls don't like thinly spread tuna sandwiches... but it's better than going to bed hungry right!?
ps... the room transformation pictures are AWESOME! I can't believe how far the room has come. YAY!!!
